Document Preparation Assistance ProgramLDPAP
Discount Divorce understands that some people cannot afford to have the legal documents prepared no matter how low our low fees are. Therefore, we offer the LDPAP to qualified applicants. Our philosophy is that everyone should have access to quality prepared legal documents.
Qualification for Applicants:
Must be a resident of Arizona.
Must be a US citizen.
Meet income eligibility by
qualifying to have Maricopa County Superior Court filing fees 100%
deferred.

Must be receiving either Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSD)
Legal documents must be for a Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce) case.
Required Documentation at Time of Appointment:
Proof of Arizona residency: Driver's Licenses or State Identification Card.
Proof of citizenship: Birth Certificate or US Passport.
Proof of SSI or SSD: Letter stating benefits from the Office of Social Security .
A
completed Application for Deferral or Waiver of filing fees.

IMPORTANT: Failure to provide all the above requested documentation at time of your appointment is automatic denial into the program.
How to make an appointment:
All
appointments with our office for this program are via this link ONLY.
Phone appointments will not be accepted.
You will be contacted the same day or the very next business day for appointment approval and confirmation.
All appointments must be at least seven (7) days from request for appointment.
Same day appointments will not be accepted.
In the rare event you do not hear from us by the next business day please resubmit you appointment.
All request for the program will be considered.

Discount Divorce accepts a limited amount of candidates for this program each month.
Applicants are taken on a first come, first serve basis each month.
Program covers preparation of legal documents. Program does not include the preparation of Temporary or Emergency Temporary Orders. Filing fees, process service fess, Parent Information Program fees, or any other fees if necessary or required by the court are the responsibility of the applicant.
